With more than 20 years in various executive positions for Bosch, Smart and in strategy consulting, Martin has built up a deep knowledge and expertise in the automotive industry. As a forward-thinker, he likes challenges and to jointly find solutions for the long-term success.

Martin has worked as Executive at Robert Bosch GmbH, his positions ranged from CFO and Vice President for a Business Unit at Bosch (>1 bn. EUR worldwide sales) to plant Manager in France. For Bosch he led M&A transactions up to 9.3 bn. EUR from strategy, target definition, due diligence, negotiation until closing.

Martin started his career at Andersen Consulting (4 years) in process re-engineering and is now engaged as a Senior Advisor for Roland Berger management consulting.

Martin holds a Master degree in economics and engineering (Wirtschaftsingenieur) at University of Karlsruhe (KIT).
